4. Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. We operate reliable, flight-aware service for Houston’s major airports: George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), William P. Hobby (HOU), and private terminals. We monitor flights to handle delays or early arrivals.

5. How are rates calculated?

Rates depend on vehicle type, duration, distance, time of day, and event type. We offer hourly rates, flat rates for airport transfers, and specialized packages for weddings and events. Transparent pricing — no hidden fees.

6. Is a deposit required?

Yes. To confirm your reservation, a deposit is requested. The remainder is due before or at the time of service, depending on the package.

7.What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior may be eligible for full or partial refunds. Less than 72 hours may incur fees. Policies vary by vehicle and package — see your booking agreement for specifics.

8. Can I bring food, drinks, or music?

Yes. We allow non-glass containers, snacks, and soft drinks. Alcohol is permitted for 21+ passengers in compliance with Texas laws. All vehicles come equipped with Bluetooth, AUX, or other sound system inputs so you can play your own music or enjoy provided playlists.
